At Learn Assembly, many of us were frustrated as students: we loved learning but not particularly at school. We created Learn Assembly to rethink the codes of learning and build different learning experiences that make people actually want to learn and develop a sustainable and healthy employability. We want to rebuild the desire to learn and promote the lifelong self-learning culture.
In a world of permanent transformation where skills become obsolete and switching from one job to another is the new normal, becoming responsible for your own learning has become a question of survival.
Companies need to offer innovative and flexible learning experiences adapted to uses, that give co-workers independance and make them actors of their learning process.
